My grandmother was admitted to a nursing home straight from the hospital. She was supposed to go to one in Oxford, NC and "lost" the bed to another patient. We were told that she was going to Kerr Lake. We were scared and worried as this was our first experience with a nursing home. The care that my Grandmother has received has been wonderful. The LPN's and CNA's have cared for her in the most professional way. Always with a smile and a hug if you need one. As a RN, I have very high expectations. I must admit that I have not had any complaints with this nursing facility. My Grandmother was blessed to be placed here. We are truly grateful to the caring staff for taking such good care of our loved one.
