Half star, couldn't get the stars to clear and that is only for the therapists, both PT and OT. I would not put my worst enemy there. Verbally threatened my mother. We had to bring in food because most of the food was awful or not appropriate for dietary restrictions. Rooms too small to accommodate two people in wheelchairs. There was no communication between shifts. Information that was supposedly straightened out was not. Every day there was a new lie or excuse for errors, which were endless. The place should be closed. They can not provide adequate coverage.
