upon visiting a friend on 5/17/12 i found this facility to be negligent in the care of its residents. the smell was sickening, calls lights and buzzers were ringing with no one responding,commodes had not been emptied all day and perhaps longer… Full Review

I gave one star since that was the least I could give. My family member who resided at Rosewood ended up in the emergency room with a bottom that was raw from sitting in their excrement. He was malnourished. And very weak. He has been hospitalized… Full Review

We had the displeasure of putting my mother there on a short term basis, the place was dirty, bad care and worse food. The place should be watched by the state and maybe even closed down. We were able to get our mother out of there within 5… Full Review

Half star, couldn't get the stars to clear and that is only for the therapists, both PT and OT. I would not put my worst enemy there. Verbally threatened my mother. We had to bring in food because most of the food was awful or not appropriate… Full Review
