I have walked into the complex on my visit to Western, New York and find it to remarkable with employees who truly care for the human beings who need such love and compassion in their time of need. My family has always taken care of the elderly as it is the most important thing you can do to care for each other. May Hashem Bless those in charge for building a wonderful facility and employing such nice human beings to take care of the one's that matter.
