One star just for being open. they did not take care of my husband physically or mentally. They didn't clean him and left him without anyway to ring for help. There is a shortest of staff and no one cared. He was dying in there. Its horrible don't send your dog there!

What place are you talking about because Pennisula rehab in Far Rockaway is the worst rehab or nursing home there is.
