I would rate this place 0 the nursing staff is nasty and always have attitudes the administration are not honest always lying to the patients . The social workers are rude and don't know how to process paper work .This place is the worst nursing home.The only time they clean and do things properly is when the state is coming .Once the state leaves it's back to being nasty.
