Review of Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare

Staff always claims to be overworked and often just plain rude. Very short on staff since the new management took over.

If you come in the evenings to visit a relative, you will find no one at the nurses' station and no aids either who can help with an ill resident, change an adult diaper, or to put clothes on someone who is almost naked. Even though they have a nice backyard, no one takes the less ambulatory patients outside during the summer. It is a real shame.

This facility used to be much better when it was Bishop Mugavero and managed by the Catholic church. Since the new management took over, the standard of care has dropped dramatically. Look for another home if you can find another one. Don't believe the lies they tell you. Before you put a loved on in this home, come by at night and take a look around. Just sign in and write that you are visiting someone and write a room number down.
