There appears to be a lack of communication between the shifts regarding required care of a patient resulting in a lack of consistent proper care of a patient; some staff appear to need constant reminders by a patient's family of the care to be provided in order for it to be performed at the required level; striving to give excellent health care does not seem to be a priority; giving the patient's family a sense of hope for the well-being of their family member seems almost nonexistent; performing at one's best does not seem to be a priority; mediocre work performance seems to be acceptable; general staff attitude seems indifferent from the doctor, to the social worker, to the nurse, to the aide. Overall, the facility is disappointing, disheartening, discouraging, and discontenting. I now pray regularly for this facility to get a heart and a conscience.
