My grandmother was admitted at 2:30pm and by 5:30pm we were sending her back to the hospital. First, no one greeted and assessed my grandmother who is diabetic and ready for a meal (which was only offered after I found the dietician). And when the food came, the grapes were clearly molded! There was exposed wires throughout the ceilings, soggy wet walls that you could stick a finger through, medication unattended at the nurses station, dirty gloves on the hallway floor. In fact the supervisor walked right past the glove to enter my grandmothers room. When I asked about it, she claimed to not see until I physically walked her over to it! There was linen and clothing uncovered in the halls and we found elderly residence alone in the dining hall. Its incredible that this place can still be in business. BEWARE…DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!
