Patient was sent to Menorah for rehab after spinal cord surgery. While at Menorah the surgical wound opened and became infected due to poor care. The wound was still infected when she was discharged but Menorah put into their medical records that the wound infection had been healed. Patient ended up being readmitted to hospital for treatment of the wound infection and complications due to wrong antibiotics administered at Menorah which resulted in intestional infection.
