No social services at all. My family met a social worker for the first time at the initial meeting, 3 weeks after admission. The meeting actually has turned into a discharge discussion. Director of Social Services is rude and agreesive, so you have nobody to complain about it inside the facility. Be alert and persistent about your demands. Otherwise, your loved one is helpless. Anna
