This place is not the best and is not the worst. It's a decent place as far as I've experienced for the past couple of weeks but many things do fall through the cracks. It seems to depend on the particular staff member. Some people are great and do their jobs well while some others are completely useless. If you have a loved one there I would advise that you visit very frequently and keep on top of things. You cannot trust that everything will be done. I've even been told this by some staff, the ones that I trust do their jobs well, and I've also come to this conclusion on my own. One thing in particular that bothers me is that I was never sat down to have everything or most things explained to me such as what I could expect, how things would be billed, what my future options and goals should be, etc. So many things, I've had to find out on my own through much effort because most people that I've contacted do not return my phone calls or act too busy when I track them down in person. However, the place is very clean and many residents seem happy. It's not a depressing place unlike other places that I've visited.
