One nurse and one aide, maybe two or three if your lucky per 35+ residents. Think your loved one is getting care. No. They are not. Look elsewhere. The current administrator is cold and all about keeping the census up. Brags about what a good fake she is on the phone. Has no clue how to manage employees who work so hard for their residents. Top positions are never filled for long. Its a revolving door. Go elsewhere. If it's employment or seeking a home for a loved one, just keep looking, it's not pretty.
