There is so much wrong with this nursing home I'd give it a negative score if I could. The majority of the staffing is from temp agencies and unfortunately these people don't read care plans and don't know the residents. There are issues where residents don't get fed, are not gotten up out of bed in the morning and health issues are ignored. I have lost a loved one due to their negligence and would strongly recommend not putting someone you really care about in this facility. We had my grandmother in 2 different nursing homes and the difference was shocking. We had no choice but to move her and just watch her deteriorate as the staff kept insisting she was fine. A trip to the ER proved otherwise.
