I was in Merwick December 10-18 and it was terrible!! The food was bad and half the time they never got your order right or they ran out of it and substituted things instead. this was not just occasionally, it happened alot. There were not enough nurses and the aids would answer your bell and say they were going to get the nurse and you would wait 30-40 minutes till they came or you'd have to call them again. Even the doctors for the floor got the information wrong. I never had anyone help me get dressed or washed. The room was nice with a large shower and no lift to have to get into. the floor was flat making it easy to take a shower. the therapy room and people were nice but the last 3 days i was there i didn't have therapy because it was the weekend and the last day because it was the LAST DAY. they wouldn't let you touch the equipment because you didn't have a therapist scheduled for you and no chance of getting any extra exsercise so you sat in the room and just watched tv. was very disapointed .
