On the whole I’m pleased with the care my mother has received at Merwick. When her arm got hurt, the administration, doctor and nursing staff went out of their way to rectify the problems. Although a little reluctant after her injury, I put my trust in them and my mom received compassionate and gentle care. When I had to be out of the country for several days, the nurse gave me her phone number and communicated with daily texts and photos! A special thank you to my mom’s CNA, "Yellowbird" who my mother considers her “friend”. With continued physical therapy I hope to bring my mom home soon.
