What a shame: Great looking on inside…very poor care. Staff not frendly and has feel of hospital. Administrator is aloof. Wose they have this markeing person doing "interviews" where theb goal is to sauy confirm everything uis ok. It is not and they need to get a new marketing person (staff and peolple here hate her ).
Suggestions: Get rid od marketing person and administratior and retrain staff.
