Admim staff was very helpful but that is where it ends! Aids are rude, dining area is dirty and if residents need assistance there is no one to be found or your are bothering them. I moved my family member out as soon as I could. If you have to have your loved one in this facility please visit them often so you know that they are being taken care of. I was very disapointed.
