Unfortunately, my mother was placed here by her doctor. Then I couldn't get her out. I had the displeasure of meeting the so-called administrator, a rather repulsive thing called Annette Nielsen, whose appearance strongly suggests the female impersonator that Archie Bunker famously gave mouth-to-mouth to on All in the Family and whose only skill appears to be talking to people in a pompous condescending tone which is meant to convey “authority”. She was also fond of repeating insipid catchphrases like 'It's all about caring for people!' The kind of banal public official people recognize instantly and immediately dislike. It's failure – with an attitude. At no time did i sign any piece of paper committing my mother to this dump, yet I was billed $4,000 for their crummy services. When I dared to complain about their sleazy business practices,, the donut queen said, in her customary snotty tone, 'then we'll evict your mother.' Then I enjoyed more sleazy tactics when some ugly little troll named Shirley threatened me for the money. I paid the blackmail. In retrospect I should have gone to the police, but at the time I feared my mother was in real danger. As if that weren't enough, I was told privately by someone inside the facility not to bring my mother any expensive gifts, because theft among the employees runs rampant throughout the place. All told, I got stuck for 4250,000 in unwanted services that I never agreed to. My mother died there after a fall. I received no condolences or even acknowledgement of her death from them, although I did receive another bill. This is the most disreputable business I have ever seen in my life. To anyone who reads this, I hope you will not place a loved one inside Felonview Crime Center, and as for that fat pompous cow, I hope he/she gets cancer. And let's make it the type that lingers for about ten years so that she's wracked with constant pain. I can't tell you how much I would enjoy that.
