Mom lived at the dimensia assisted living section. She was unsupervised due to lack of staff, allowed to wander off during meals, and finally was being sent to the nursing home section. I intervened and moved her to another assisted living facility. I was disgusted to see an elderly woman not eating nor drinking for a complete day and the answer was to send her to another section.
I was not listened to by administration when I spoke to them, NUMEROUS TIMES.
Mom is now happy, healthy and well taken care of in another facility.
