As I type this my Motherinlaw was rushed to the hospital now being x-rayed after her falling out of bed in their rehab division this morning. They say it happened because they were changed shifts. They know she has dementia, they know she has to be watched and the irony of the whole thing is that she was admitted to their facility due to a fall (no broken bones) at home. They were suppose to be getting her to be a little steadier on her feet. Now they add to situation by letting her climb out of a bed. Someone has to answer for this. So is it a good place?? You tell me.
