this facility is extremely under staffed…therefore residents do not get very good care..The DNO let the great nurses go. The DNO does not care about her nurses or residents. The DNO treat her staff so bad. That is why the nurses walk out this place. Three days ago there was a call bell for 70min. There was only 4 CNA it should be 5 and Nursing staff does not follow thru in getting back
