this place is the largest facility of the state which is a problem because there are not enough CNAs or RNs for the number of patients. they are always getting complaints about how the care is and the State survaors come in and they find alot of problems, they even get notice the State is coming and rush around to fix toliots or clean the floors and spray air freshner.that doesnt help the people who lay in dirty diapers for a couple hours.the Ass.Director of Nursing has talked to some patients that are pretty ok in the head to talk highly on them in return of things, instead one of them supposely told the state the truth and she was gone the week after the State survaors left. the wound care when i was there failed big time,i had a surgery on my knee and was only there for therapy and ended up staying almost 3 months and wanted to take my SSI check to pay for my stay i dont remember the ladies potion there but her name is Kim,,then the food wow how is a person who needs protien and food to regain striength eat that crap, and what they do serve makes the lowest level of cals, i wouldnt feed it to terriost, they dont even give fresh water only from a cooler where they have ice that melts and they dip in the same scoop that they do to the ones on isolation, but they have it in the break rooms and physical therapy room ,laundry room and activitiy room.all not for patients.i was told it cost $6000 a month to stay there,,thats why medicair and medicaid is going under how many more places are there that are just like that? well the company who owns that place owns 10 or more in Nevadar..id say people dont have much of a choice and thats sad, because those places know it and do nothing about it….

now if i was to rate this place in 3 catagories nursing cleanliness,,wound care they would all get less than a half star.

never leave a love one there people. that place should be shut down before to many people get hurt. im lucky i left AMA against medical advise
