I think 1 star is optimstic. The people must be overworked, because they are very rude and not helpful. I think the only reason people go there is because they have no choice and no money. The place is dumpy looking and even after my father passed away, they refused to give out information. I get the whole privacy act, but he passed away, so who are they protecting now? Very strange, or maybe just too lazy to look up the info. Not something you want to deal with at such a time.
