I honestly gave this "home" one star because I don't believe ALL the employees to be bad people, yet they continue to work for a substandard place that is bad to residents and employees alike. They are known to release RN's with many years of high quality service simply to reduce the employee budget bottom line (offering the nurses jobs not related to nursing to avoid paying them), they over medicate, staff can be cruel to residents by making fun of them in front of others, using faulty equipment like broken lifts, having one lift for the entire place that works while placing broken ones in the halls to make it look like they have the required number of lifts per hall, residents using their own phones to call family members after waiting in the bathroom for help for 40 minutes plus!, too many family members on the upper-crust employee roster, looks better than it is and have HIGH employee turn-over.
