While on a tour, seen a lot of other residents with uncombed hair, they had black under their fingernails, the wheel chairs were caked with dried food and smelled strongly of urine, The lobby looks cheap and the nurses were out smoking most of the time I toured, I saw a lot of lights on above the doors and no one was answering call lights. If there was a rating less than a star, I would rate this the bottom of the barrell.
