While on a tour, seen a lot of other residents with uncombed hair, they had black under their fingernails, the wheel chairs were caked with dried food and smelled strongly of urine, The lobby looks cheap and the nurses were out smoking most… Full Review

The only way residents will be able to get complete care is if they move the rooms out to the employee smoking area, or give all of the residents cell phones so they can text when they need assistance because call lights are not answered. Smoking… Full Review
