I needed skilled nursing care after having both knees replaced and chose to have that along with occupational and physical therapy at La Plata Nursing Home. It was so close to home, which swayed my decision, what I didn't know was how phenomenal and caring the staff at LNH is, and how extensive their professional services are. I'm only 51, but if I needed a nursing home tomorrow, I would be happy to find myself here. I watched staff act patient and caring with the most difficult residents, and the administration cares about your individual experience and what can be done to improve it! A hidden gem in Northeast Missouri!
