It is a bad thing when u go out for one day come into the nursing home which is not at capacity by the way, and find your love one soaked in his own urine really why would u ever allow a nursing staff on the night shift to let this happen I would call this abuse. If it were a child that is what it would be called this is called not doing your job and getting paid for it
