I was in Cherry Hills Nursing Home for 4-5 months. Sometimes I got wrong medicine. Food was awful. Maybe 2-3 times I enjoyed the meal. I realize it was probably a money thing--every business is cutting back where they can. Employee turnover was great. Every week or so someone who I had begun to be friends with was gone. Some left but most employees were fired. Good Employees as far as the residents thought, were fired. I had to ask the aids to change my bed. Again, I know they were busy, but they always found time to take their breaks. On the evening shift some of the aids would leave the building for their lunch break. The physical therapy department was excellent. Overall I think I am fair by giving the nursing facility 2 stars. I have not been in any other nursing/rehab center in order to compare.
