Obviously if they can't keep residents safe they need to overhaul their processes and staff. What happened to Alzheimer's patient 07/22 is completely unacceptable and I can't imagine how his family feels as they thought he was in good hands . TOTALLY avoidable situation resulting in a senseless death. No excuses whatsoever - that is what these facilities are for - to keep high risk patients SAFE - this facility isn't capable of that.
