I visited Festes Manor on July 28th,2013, and was appalled at the overall cleanliness of the facility' The patients room was disgusting as there were dirty linens on the bed with feces on them, trash was everywhere. The bathroom was a germ… Full Review

My Father and Mother were both in nursing homes , different ones. In comparison Festus should be rated 0 as it does not rate a 1. Shame on the county health dept. … Full Review

It's outdated , I wouldn't wish this place on no person. It's drab and depressing and should have been closed down long ago . paint on wall not painted the same color. PAINT IS DRIPPED OVER OLD BASEBOARDS. Patient beds are old and out dated… Full Review
