I visited Festes Manor on July 28th,2013, and was appalled at the overall cleanliness of the facility' The patients room was disgusting as there were dirty linens on the bed with feces on them, trash was everywhere. The bathroom was a germ pit. As I walked down the hall I touched the rail along the wall and it was apparent it had not been cleaned for a very long time. If any inspection has been done in recent times they should receive a - rating and be required to clean up their act immediately or be shut down.
