I wish they had a "zero" star rating. My mother is there right now. The "help" has been cruel, mean, drunk, and neglectful of her. She's in the REACH unit and very scared right now. Last night they wouldn't answer her calls to go to the bathroom because they are mad at her. There are a few precious workers there but the bad seem to outnumber the good ones at this point. Thanks for listening.
