I have to agree with the previous reviewer. We are having a very poor experience with the management. Most of the CNA's are wonderful but have not been trained fully (the younger ones). My parent's assigned charge nurse and the floor supervisor seem to think it is time for my parent to go because of his/her age and condition. Not very pro-active or empathic. Just worried about cost.
The experienced CNA's are for the most part very able and kind and the dietary dept. is super BUT it is like pulling teeth to get the proper medical care from the charge nurse and supervisor when your loved one gets ill. That is one of the times it really counts!
If you put your loved one here, be prepared to not feel secure and please visit as frequently as possible.
