The staff at this facility are, at best, untrained and unprepared. My mother had a heart attack at Bethesda Meadow and not only did the staff not recognize the signs, the nurse in the room acted like she didn't know what was going on (she was the head nurse) and had to be screamed at to call an ambulance. Then she did it as a non-emergency call for her which meant the ambulance would get there between 20-30 minutes. After that, my family called 911 ourselves and told them it was an emergency. The results were that my mother died right in front of me and my sisters. Do NOT send your loved one to these people…they are NOT real medical staff and are completely clueless on providing the simple care that anyone in the medical field should be well familiar with.
