Care on the main floor transitional unit was good as far a CNAs go. Nurses also seemed good but there were some medical issues that weren't addressed but they said that was the MD's fault.
Do not let them move your loved one upstairs! Many of the residents are miserable. There are several good aides but many are disrespectful and lazy. They say they are short staffed and only complete half of the cares they should…not brushing teeth regularly or washing up thoroughly. Do not recommend.
