This is a terrible place to place your loved one. My mother who is legally blind and is severely arthritic was allowed to repeatedly fall out of her bed after I specifically told her nurse that she was prone to doing so and needed rails on her bed. She responded that they were not allowed to put rails on the bed because they were safety hazard. It was until 1 week and a half that I was told that they could put padded restraints around the bed. I asked them to do so, they never supplied them. They lost some of her clothes after being told not to wash them, we were taking them home to wash. My mom was not timely cleaned up and given fresh undergarments. She developed a rash. I witness other patients crying out to have their undergarments changed and ignored. When I decided to remove my mom from the facility, they refused to call an ambulance and I had to literally take her out of there myself and put her in my car. And on top of all this, they repeatedly hung up on my relatives and my mother's doctor whenever they called.

There is a man who is a nurse who wears a blond wig who was very rude to my mother. Whenever mom tried to do somethings for herself, he told her "You are fucking up and I have to clean it up". On August 15, 2011, they did not have any hot water to wash the patients with. The colored clothes that was washed by the in house laundry had bleached stains all over them. I am going to report them to the appropriate agency.
