This is a terrible place to place your loved ones,if you dont about how your grandmother or grandfather is being treated then send them to Regency Heights.Before you you get into the building the security is horrible they not paying any attention to who is coming and going outa there. they are setting around running their mouth and the safe terrible to i mean no respect at all,no answers phones for you if the do you being hung up on im go stop their before i get upset again.
