I would agree with the one-star rating. The care that my friend received at Life Care of Plymouth was far below what it should have been. The fluid retention that went rampant throughout his entire body was left virtually untreated to the point that he had Congestive Heart Failure and was admitted to the hospital. His fluid intake was not monitored, nor was his weight gain, on a regular basis. He continued with his PT and OT despite the fluid build-up in his lower extremities when he was in an upright position. And, lying flat on his back while in bed caused the fluid to build up around his lungs and heart. He was put in a no-win situation. Upon discharge from the hospital, he will be moving to another nursing/rehabilitation center. I would NOT recommend Life Care of Plymouth.
