One star is all I give this place. My mother is staying here while undergoing cancer treatments and the care she is receiving is deplorable. We have had three meetings so far with management on the neglect of mom's care and was promised it would be addressed and corrected. We have a large family and one of us is usually there with her. Thank goodness we are. We have gone in to visit her and found her in a bloody mess and we have been told by three of her roommates how the nursing staff has treated mom badly. Mom has told us
"She does not feel safe there." What I would like to know is if these nursing staff don't like their job that much and they are NOT doing their job then they need to be fired or severely reprimanded. What is it going to take for her to receive good care? I am extremely concerned. Kelly Lopes
