I wasn't familiar with this facility until my father was placed there in the fall of 2012. Since the whole nursing home experience is new to me I wasn't sure what to expect and was quite nervous. The staff quickly calmed my nerves. Everyone on the staff is friendly, helpful and caring. They truly care about the residents and their families. I'm notified anytime my father has the slightest sniffle! The biggest problem I've had is with missing laundry and that was addressed immediately. I feel my father is safe and well taken care of at Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitative - Great Barrington and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
