you should never ask this question as you know I will tell the truth and I can back it up with letters, medical reports, police report, letters from your lawyer trying to scare me, letter from OHCQ telling me that you were cited for my mother's falls receipts. and my daily log with every conversation, every person I spoke with . It is a real shame that i had to form a family council outside of your facility. seniors are to be treated with dignity not used to make a profit.you may be acknowledged as the biggest and the best workplace but lets ask some family members their opinion.
