It is a shame. The things that goes on at future care cherrywood, more focus is being put on the incoming money than that of the residents. Management is another story. Once they know that you are concerned about residents care they try their best to keep you from other family members by regulating your visits and escorting you to your loved ones. They find ways to word it making you appear to bel a trouble maker. It is a shame that staff is saying they cannot speak to me for fear that they will be fired fired, However they can if they are out of the immediate area. WOW!!!!!
