i could only give one star since zero was nit an option. My grandmother was sick for three weeks, we begged for them to get help. She had fever, seems totally out of her mind and would not eat and drink. They kept telling me she was fine and that this was a part of her disease process. Her disease is COPD - anyone knows this is not a part of that diagnosis - excerpt the nurses on Guild Hall. They finally called me to tell me she had died, at Nottingham Regional Rehab, instead of at the hospital we begged them to send her to of reeks. WHY WHY WHY WHY????????????????????????
