No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy
Honor a residents' rights as a residents of the nursing home, free of coercion and reprisal, and as citizens or residents of the United States.
Provide necessary care and services to maintain or improve the highest well being of each resident .
Immediately tell the resident, the resident's doctor, and a family member of situations (injury/decline/room, etc.) that affect the resident.
Provide care by qualified persons according to each resident's written plan of care.
You may file a complaint with your state if you have a concern about the quality of care you or your family member gets from a nursing home and do not get a satisfactory resolution from your nursing home.
