My Mother was here for 6 weeks, she doesn't wear teeth and was constantly given hard, uncut food and salads. She lost 12 lbs. We had several meetings with dieticians and other staff, sent emails, didnt help. Also she was not receiving pain medications and suffered constantly. We reported this to the director and the aide really got mad and threatened Mother. She then became afraid of her and begged to be brought home. She became incontinent, got terrible scabies, her brand new dresses we bought, (because of the list weight) with the tags still on, were washed and ruined. No one notified us of the infestation for three days, when we received a letter by mail. We had already been to visit, with the grand babies, several times. I could go on and on…we made a report to the attorney generals office and also elder abuse agencies and health departments. We were horrified at the treatment…beware!
