CNAs get 5 stars. Friendly and worked hard to help. LPN and RNs get no stars: friendly but did not provide the level of care of a professional nurse. Admitted because he was turned away from the ER (TJ) and placed here because of availability… Full Review

this is the best nursing facility that i have seen in this area...they are small but the care given there is out standing...they really show they care about their residents.. great place i would recommend this facility to anyone..… Full Review

My Mother was here for 6 weeks, she doesn't wear teeth and was constantly given hard, uncut food and salads. She lost 12 lbs. We had several meetings with dieticians and other staff, sent emails, didnt help. Also she was not receiving pain… Full Review
