this is by far the WORST nursing home I have ever seen. I have seen a man mess his pants, be pushed back into his chair, and sent back in his hall way where he sat in it until the Aids were done arguing about who would clean him. Aids ate residents food, ignored pleas for water or to be toileted. My father was kicked out with out the state required notice, not to mention even a curtesy call to inform me of their decision. I found out by his room being packed up and put in the basement that same day. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A coworker of mine was a patient there after suffering a stroke and anyresium, He came there from uc hospital alert and talkin a little. After being there for a week he became unresponsive If his wife had not insisted they take him to the hospital he probably would not be with us today. He had a bed sore that was so bad they had to do a bedside scrape and he was full of infection now hes at St E HOSPITAL awake and constantly talking. Not all but some of the staff was rude! One nurse was working with a fever not good for the patients there. I would not reccomend this facility to anyone!!!

Since my mother has been at bridge point she has lost 4 pairs of glasses, her shoes have come up missing, she is missing multiple clothing items. None of which has been found. I wonder if things can just disappear. We purchased a wheelchair for my mother and then Thanksgiving morning when I went to pick my mother up her wheelchair had disappeared and she was in a sweatsuit that she had wet herself in because no one would come and see why her light was on and her hair had not been combed let alone washed. I had told the staff the week before and also called that morning to make sure mom would be ready. I took care of all that at my house and she was returned clean and in clean clothes. Even though my family had come to see mom and have a good day with her, I spent my time cleaning her up and cooking. Last night I was called that they were taking mom to the ER so we met her there but when I returned with her there was no wheelchair to be found for me to get her out of the car. When I asked at the nurses station they said that they knew where it was and then I found out that they had left someone else use it so I had to wait for them to get this person back in bed before I could get my mother out of the car. I am all for sharing but could this be the problem with her shoes, clothes and glasses that have disappeared (Did someone else need these items?). All I have asked is that my mother be cared for and for some reason this is too much to ask. My rating is 0 but they will not allow me to choose this.
