This facility had professional staff who ignored a Level I report, diagnosed and reported illness in the name of a nurse practitioner, failed to administer medication and them lied about it, failed to report severe injury in shower to family members, snooped through patients personal belongings at night, left patients eating for bathroom for 45 minutes and were punitive to patients. Recreational activities were minimal and of poor quality. I would advise anyone who is considering this facility to consider an alternative.
